What's the best way to do it by myself?

  • 1 of 7: Go over to the fence's gate, but don't pick it open even if you can. Instead, look to the left to see a gap between two buildings.
  • 2 of 7: There's a nightkin standing near the fence that you can see through that gap. Get out your sniper rifle if you brought one and start shooting that way to get the nightkin's attention.
  • 3 of 7: He should run into the gap and fire at you without approaching the fence. That means you can fire at him and strafe left for cover whenever you need it.
  • 4 of 7: If you're lucky, another nightkin will see you and run up to the locked gate while you're fighting the first one. If so, you can take him down easily.
  • 5 of 7: Go left along the fence until you get around to where you have a clear view of the radio tower and the nightkin sniper that's on its platform. A sniper rifle would be very handy for disposing of him.
  • 6 of 7: Move slowly along the fence while looking hard for the telltale shimmering effect of a stealthed nightkin somewhere near the base of the radio tower. He only has a melee weapon, so shoot him down through the fence. (Note that this is the one you might have gotten to come after you earlier if you were lucky.)
  • 7 of 7: When you reach the end of the fence, go around the rock to reach the compound's wide-open front gate, then look down the road to the north for the fourth and last nightkin. He'll be stealthed, so spray the road with bullets or run around to get his attention, then finish him off.
