Mad Bomber Note
1 of 3: If you don't mind failing the quest, you could let the guy go in instead of searching him. He'll trigger a suicide bomb and kill everyone inside.
2 of 3: Follow Simon inside and kill him, then totally loot the place.
3 of 3: Note that the weapons and ammo lying loose on Gloria's counters will be destroyed in the blast, so you'll want to use Grab mode to carry them into the bathroom side area and take them unseen before starting guard duty.
