  • All 4 Energy Weapons skill books are named "Nikola Tesla and You."

    * REPCONN Headquarters (Zone 2/32): on top of the safe in the NW corner of the main floor's locked shipping room
    * REPCONN Headquarters (Zone 2/32): on the desk in the NE corner of the NE room on the 2nd floor
    * Hidden Valley (Zone 3/10): in the plastic bin by the desk in Senior Scribe Schuler's office on the west side of level 1 of the Brotherhood's bunker
    * Old Nuclear Test Site (Zone 4/42): under a diary entry on the table with the hunting shotgun leaning against it in the Nuclear Test Shack
