Explosives
All 4 Explosives skill books are named "Duck and Cover."
* Ranger Station Foxtrot (Zone 1/12): on the radio table inside the tent (note that there's now only one here instead of two)
* Nellis Hangars (Zone 2/2): hiding between pre-war books on a wall shelf to the left of the desk in Pearl's Barracks
* Sloan (Zone 3/6): on one of the left locker's shelves in the Worker Barracks shack
* Mojave Outpost (Zone 3/38): on a shelf on the back of the bar counter section that's nearest the exit in the barracks building
