  • All 4 Sneak skill books are named "Chinese Army: Spec. Ops. Training Manual."

    * Vault 3 (Zone 1/31): on some wooden shelves in the locked room that's just south of the Living Quarters' main exit
    * NCR Sharecropper Farms (Zone 1/39): on the floor next to a desk in the back part of the Sharecropper Barracks building
    * Goodsprings (Zone 3/1): under a large scorched book on the wooden shelves in the eastern room of the southern Goodsprings Home
    * Camp Searchlight (Zone 4/35): on the floor next to some metal shelves in the eastern church's basement
