Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Take Rex to Doctor Henry in Jacobstown to learn how he can be fixed.
1 of 4: Travel to Jacobstown (location 1 on the Zone 1 Map) and enter its lodge.
2 of 4: Turn right and go into the large clinic room to find Doctor Henry.
3 of 4: Talk to him about your cyber-dog to get the next three objectives.
4 of 4: Note that which brain you get for Rex will affect what bonus he gets when it's implanted. The brain from one of Old Lady Gibson's dogs gives increased attack damage, the one from the fiend dog gives increased movement speed, and the one from the Legion dog gives increased health (or +10 DT with recent game patches).
