Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Assassinate Papa Khan without being detected.
1 of 5: Papa Khan sleeps in one of the bedrooms inside the longhouse. If you wait until he goes to bed, his door will be closed and locked.
2 of 5: If your Lockpick skill is 75+ (with or without a bonus from the magazine Moore gave you), or if you pickpocketed Papa Khan's key, you could sneakily open the door and go in, but it's better to go outside and around to the back of the longhouse.
3 of 5: There's another door back there with the same strength of lock (and that's opened by the same key) that you can use to go straight to the bedroom. Do so, then crouch down and move around if necessary until your stealth indicator reads "[HIDDEN]."
4 of 5: Quicksave, then get out your most powerful weapon and V.A.T.S.-attack Papa Khan with it. If you're using a ranged weapon, target his head for maximum damage. You'll want to kill him very quickly so he can't leave the bedroom or yell for help. One way to do that is to pickpocket a grenade or other explosive into his inventory.
