Is there a way to bypass that room?
1 of 4: There is if you can pick easy locks.
2 of 4: In the large room that's SE of the entry area, look on the east side for a locked maintenance door.
3 of 4: Past the maintenance door, go down the hallway to reach the room where Deputy Beagle is tied up.
4 of 4: The convicts in the southern room will still see you and run to the attack if you're not sneaky, but you can retreat to the hallway and V.A.T.S.-shoot them in the head at point blank range for easy kills.
