Find the source of the attacks on Bitter Springs.
1 of 4: Go to the Bloodborne Cave (location 10 on the Zone 2 Map), then make your way NE over the hilly terrain to the cave entrance that's marked by a quest arrow.
2 of 4: Enter the cave and talk to the Great Khan named Oscar Velasco.
3 of 4: If your Speech skill is 50+, you can convince him to go live with the Great Khans at Red Rock Canyon (positive karma) or to make a futile attack on Bitter Springs (negative karma).
4 of 4: The only other way to resolve the problem is to kill him. If you choose this route, charge him quickly so he'll put away his grenade rifle and switch to a knife.
