How can I get this quest?
1 of 5: You can get this quest by talking to either Joana or Carlitos.
2 of 5: To find Carlitos, enter the Vault 21 Gift Shop in the Strip's southern section, then enter Vault 21 and go down the stairs to the big dining area. He'll be wandering around in it somewhere.
3 of 5: Talk to him and pass either a Speech 40 check or a Strength 7 check (or say that the next round is on you), then keep talking until you get a Speech 50 check. If you can pass it, you'll get this quest.
4 of 5: If you'd rather start the quest with Joana, go to the northern section of the Strip and enter Gomorrah, then go to the back of its Brimstone Club area to find a door leading to the courtyard. Joana will be dancing nearby.
5 of 5: Tell her you want to ask some questions, then ask about her and pass a Medicine 50 check, or keep talking and pass a Speech 75 check. Either way, follow her to her room and talk to her about Carlitos to get this quest. (Note that you can ask for 200 caps from her in exchange for finding Carlitos, but you won't ever get them.)
