1 of 2: Travel to Novac (location 15 on the Zone 4 Map) and go around to the SE end of the huge fake dinosaur.
2 of 2: Get out the Codac R9000 camera (which is categorized as a weapon) and zoom-shoot a picture of the center of the big MOTEL sign.
