Take a picture of the HELIOS One sign.
1 of 2: Go to the front (south) side of the HELIOS One building (location 9 on the Zone 4 Map).
2 of 2: Get out the Codac R9000 camera (which is categorized as a weapon) and zoom-shoot a picture of the center of the sign that's above the front door.
