How can I gain "like" points with Arcade?
1 of 7: By doing things that initiate special dialogues with him, then choosing the best responses.
2 of 7: One of the easiest ways to get two "like" points is to fast-travel to the Fort with Arcade following you. (See the "Render Unto Caesar" quest if you need to learn how to gain access to the Fort.)
3 of 7: After you surrender your weapons to the main gate guard, Arcade should talk to you. If he doesn't right away, try moving around a bit.
4 of 7: For your response, choose the "Let's just listen to him, figure out what he's up to, and get out" option to get two "like" points.
5 of 7: Another option is to go to Camp McCarran (location 37 on the Zone 1 Map) and find Thomas Hildern in his room near the SE corner of the huge terminal building's ground floor.
6 of 7: Talk to him about OSI and all the related topics, then exit conversation to get Arcade to talk to you. Choose the "Good thing there are still people like you around" option to get two "like" points.
7 of 7: There are several other ways to get "like" points with Arcade, but the above two ways are by far the easiest and quickest ones to do.
