Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Look for the source of the Nightstalker stealth mutation.
2 of 7: Exit the enclosed Jacobstown area through its eastern gate, then go north along the snowy path.
3 of 7: Follow the quest arrow to the Charleston Cave, then go inside and start sneaking along. Use both the red blips on the compass and the V.A.T.S key to help you spot the stealthed night stalkers before they spot you.
4 of 7: You can't use V.A.T.S. to attack a stealthed night stalker (unless ED-E is with you), so it's a good idea to set small clusters of mines to lead them across. Have Lily wait a ways back if necessary to keep the mines from injuring her.
5 of 7: After you kill the night stalkers in the first cave room, you'll need to navigate your way to the SW corner cave room. You can go either east or west to get there.
6 of 7: The west route involves more night stalker combat. The east route has no night stalkers along it, though it does have a large radioactive pool to wade through.
7 of 7: After you kill off the night stalkers in the SW corner room, loot the dead nightkin's body to get a chewed stealth boy. (Also look near it for a unique super sledge.)
