Investigate the East Pump Station.
1 of 3: Head over to the East Pump Station (location 12 on the Zone 2 Map) and enter the pump station building.
2 of 3: Try to use the terminal on the desk in the entry room, then choose to activate the terminal. (This will work even if your Science skill is less than 50.)
3 of 3: Read the "WARNING" entry to get the next objective.
