Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Enter Vault 22 and download the research data found there.
1 of 6: When you go back to Dr. Hildern's front room, Angela Williams will talk to you.
2 of 6: Agree to find Keely to get the "(Optional) Find Keely, a researcher who has gone missing at Vault 22" objective, then talk to Dr. Hildern about the fact that he's sent other people to Vault 22. If you can pass a Speech 40 check, you'll supposedly double your caps reward (but not really).
3 of 6: Go to Vault 22 (location 10 on the Zone 1 Map) and kill the giant mantises that are just outside of it.
4 of 6: After using the vault's overgrown entrance to get in, go through a door and down some stairs to find an elevator.
5 of 6: If your Repair skill is 50+, you can repair the elevator. Otherwise, you'll have to use the nearby stairs to reach the vault's lower levels.
6 of 6: The terminal with the data you need is in a room on the Pest Control level. The stairs that lead there from the Common Areas level are blocked, but you can bypass that little detail easily if you're able to repair the elevator.
