How can I get this quest?
1 of 4: Go to the NCR Correctional Facility (location 16 on the Zone 3 Map) and pay Dawes 100 caps to get in. (Or to get in for free, pickpocket Dawes' key or finish the "Run Goodsprings Run" Powder Gangers faction quest.)
2 of 4: Go through the Visitors Center area to reach the prison yard, then enter the administration building.
3 of 4: Go up the stairs and find Eddie in his office, then ask him what he needs done to get this quest.
4 of 4: TIP: Once your reputation with the Powder Gangers is "accepted" or better, you can get some free dynamite and ammo-making powder from Eddie once every few days.
