The wellington recipe is on a counter in Philippe's kitchen (see the "Beyond the Beef" Strip/White Glove Society faction quest), the fiend stew recipe is on a shelf in Cook-Cook's hideout (see the "Three-Card Bounty" NCR faction quest), and the omelet recipe can be gotten on the "The Deathclaw Omelet Recipe" Zone 3 undocumented quest.
