2 of 3: The only person who has any useful info is No-bark Noonan, who's usually in his shack at the north end of town.
3 of 3: Talk to him about Boone's wife until you get the "(Optional) Look for evidence of the guilty party inside the Dino Dee-lite ..." objective.
