Upgrade Ranger Station Bravo.
1 of 3: Go to Ranger Station Bravo (location 21 on the Zone 2 Map) and follow the quest arrow to Comm Officer Tilden.
2 of 3: Talk to him and say that you have a security update for his radio.
3 of 3: TIP: Keep talking until he mentions surplus ammo, then talk to Ranger Ericsen to get some if your rep with the NCR is "accepted" or better.
