1 of 3: If you go find Sgt. Daniel Contreras in the concourse's Supply Shack area and ask him if he's seen anything suspicious, he'll say he hasn't.
2 of 3: The person you need to talk to is Lt. Carrie Boyd. You'll find her behind a guarded door on the second floor near Curtis' office.
3 of 3: Ask her about noticing anything suspicious, then ask about the break-ins.
