Faction Reputation Commands
You can use the "player.setreputation" command to change your fame and infamy with any of the 13 major factions in the game. The format is:
player.setreputation <factionform#> <fame> #
Replace <fame> with a 1 if you want to set your fame with the faction, or a 0 if you want to set your infamy. The # is the numeric value you want to set your fame or infamy to, and should always be zero or higher. Get the faction form number from the list below.

Followers of the Apocalypse -- 124AD1
Freeside -- 129A7A
Goodsprings -- 104C22
Great Khans -- 11989B

For example, if you're hated by the NCR and want to be accepted instead, you'd use the following two commands. The first one removes your NCR infamy by resetting it to zero, and the second one increases your NCR fame into the "accepted" range.
