Return to Boone.
1 of 4: Return to Boone in the dinosaur's mouth and talk to him.
2 of 4: If you got someone shot without finding any proof that they took Boone's wife, say his story didn't add up, then pass a Speech 55 check. If you can't, you'll never be able to get Boone to become a follower.
3 of 4: If you found the bill of sale and got Boone to snipe Jeannie May Crawford, you can show him the bill of sale to prove she was guilty.
4 of 4: NOTE: One of the things Boone gives you for convincing him he shot the right person is a 1st Recon Beret that adds 5% to your critical chance when worn.
