Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Acquire a new brain for Rex from one of the Old Lady's Gibson's dogs.
1 of 3: Go to the Gibson Scrap Yard (location 10 on the Zone 4 Map) and talk to Old Lady Gibson in the garage.
2 of 3: Say Doctor Henry sent you for a new cyber-dog brain, then either pay her 700 caps or pass a Barter 70 check.
3 of 3: As an alternative, you could attack and kill the dog named Rey and take his brain from his corpse, but that'll turn Old Lady Gibson and the rest of her dogs hostile. (Unless you manage to kill Rey with a single sneak-attack critical hit.)
