(Optional) "Remove" Jackson as an obstacle without Cass or anyone the wiser.
1 of 3: Enter the outpost's headquarters building and find Ranger Jackson in the northern hallway.
2 of 3: The only way to remove him as an obstacle is to kill him, and doing that will most likely turn everyone else hostile.
3 of 3: You could try using the Stealing Tips to kill him with a single sneak attack or pickpocket an explosive into his inventory to avoid any complications.
