Bring the Cassidy girl to Jean-Baptiste.
1 of 3: Return to the Silver Rush with Cass following you and talk to Jean-Baptiste.
2 of 3: Choose one of the first two dialogue options to get him to kill Cass and give you 350 caps.
3 of 3: If you'd rather keep Cass alive, it's best not to talk to Jean-Baptiste. Instead, abandon this quest and switch to doing the "Heartache by the Number" follower quest.
