Kill the remaining Legion troops.
1 of 3: After the cut-scenes are over, the Van Graffs will attack the Legion soldiers that they were doing business with.
2 of 3: To avoid gaining infamy with the Caesar's Legion faction, hang back and wait for the Van Graffs to finish off the Legion soldiers themselves.
3 of 3: If some soldiers don't come out from the crate stacks in the back, go get their attention and lead them out to where the Van Graffs can shoot them.
