1 of 3: Enter the Camp Forlorn Hope Medical Center tent, then look around for supplies you can take. You may need some of them in a minute.
2 of 3: Lying on the beds are three injured troopers. Go up to each one and diagnose him to see what you'll need in order to help him.
3 of 3: Each trooper requires a certain Medicine skill level or a certain set of items. Use your Medicine skill on all the ones you can, then heal the rest with the listed medical items. (Note that there isn't a super stimpak or enough med-x for all three troopers in the medical tent, so you may have to look elsewhere for them.)
