1 of 4: You can't ever find loose eggs on radscorpions that you kill, so you'll have to go to the radscorpion nest that's near the Great Khan Encampment (location 3 on the Zone 3 Map).
2 of 4: The best way to approach the nest is to start at the base of the path that leads up to the hill that the Goodsprings Cemetery (location 2) is on.
3 of 4: Head NE from there toward the quest arrow, ready to fight lots of radscorpions along the way, most of which are giant.
4 of 4: After you get past all of them, you'll find a large pile of eggs that you can pick some radscorpion eggs from.
