How can I get this quest?
1 of 4: Go to Novac (location 15 on the Zone 4 Map) and find Manny Vargas.
2 of 4: He'll probably either be in his motel room near the huge dinosaur, or up in the dino's mouth (which is accessible through the gift shop).
3 of 4: Talk to him about the man in the checkered coat, then agree to help him with his REPCONN problem to get this quest.
4 of 4: NOTE: Another way to get this quest is to ask No-bark Noonan (usually in or near his shack at the north end of town) if anything interesting is happening in the area.
