Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Head to the REPCONN facility west of Novac to investigate rumors of ghoul ....
1 of 3: Head down the road leading west from Novac. After passing by a radioactive dead ghoul, you'll start encountering feral ghouls.
2 of 3: When you reach the fortified underpass area, hang back and kill off all of its ghouls a few at a time. When the "glowing one" ghoul attacks, try to take it down from sufficient distance that it can't hit you with one of its powerful radiation blasts.
3 of 3: Search the camp just past the underpass for items, then move on to get the next objective.
