Help Joana, and the girls, in their escape to Freeside.
1 of 5: Follow Joana outside, then keep following her as she goes through the gate to Freeside and meets up with Carlitos.
2 of 5: Right after Carlitos talks to you, several Omerta thugs will show up, and one of them will talk to you.
3 of 5: To avoid a tough fight in which Carlitos and Joana might get killed, tell the thug that his boss will hear about how he spoiled the mission, then pass a Speech 75 check followed by a Speech 85 check.
4 of 5: Or say he's got two choices, then pass a Strength 8 check followed by a Strength 9 check. Or if you have 500 caps to spare, say that there's an opportunity for profit, then pass a Barter 85 check.
5 of 5: After that's over, talk to Carlitos to get your reward. It'll be 200 caps unless you pass a Barter 65 check to get 400. (Or say that you don't want anything if you'd rather have a karma boost.)
