Fallout: New Vegas Hints
(Optional) Find Harland's friend, who has been imprisoned by the nightkin.
1 of 6: Go back north from Harland's door to the end of the hallway, then turn left and go down some steps. There may be a nightkin or two nearby, and you'll need to kill them if you can't sneak past them.
2 of 6: At the bottom of the steps, turn right and go to the end of the short hall to find a door.
3 of 6: Sneak through it and try to get the drop on the nightkin jailer. He'll have an incinerator instead of the usual melee weapon.
4 of 6: Loot him to get his key, then open the doors in the east wall until you find one that leads to some stairs.
5 of 6: Go through the door at the bottom of the stairs, then open the south door in the generator room.
6 of 6: In the next generator room, go through the first doorway on the left to find Harland's dead friend. Loot the body to get credit for finding her.
