Find parts to fix the rockets' thrust controllers.
1 of 5: Go to the Gibson Scrap Yard (location 10 on the Zone 4 Map) and enter the garage.
2 of 5: Look along the west wall of the larger room for a locked metal box on some shelves.
3 of 5: If you can pick the box open (Lockpick 50+), you can steal the thrust control modules that you need.
4 of 5: If you can't pick the box open, pickpocket Old Lady Gibson's key from her. That'll let you raid the box no matter what your Lockpick skill is.
5 of 5: Or talk to Old Lady Gibson about the modules and buy them for 500 caps (or 250 caps with a Barter 50 or Speech 50 check).
