Connect to the HELIOS One mainframe from the western reflector control ....
1 of 4: Go north from Fantastic to find a door that leads outside to the fenced-in solar array area.
2 of 4: Check the local area map and go over to the western quest arrow to find a small fenced-in area with a terminal inside.
3 of 4: Go through the open part of the fence, then approach the terminal cautiously. There are two bear traps and the tripwire for a shotgun trap to deal with, followed by three frag mines near the terminal's table.
4 of 4: After all of that's taken care of, use the terminal and choose "Reset Mainframe Connection."
