Connect to the HELIOS One mainframe from the eastern reflector control ....
1 of 5: Go north from Fantastic to find a door that leads outside to the fenced-in solar array area.
2 of 5: Check the local area map and go over to the eastern quest arrow to find a small fenced-in area with a terminal inside.
3 of 5: Go through the open fence part, then approach the terminal cautiously. There are three hostile guard dogs that you'll need to kill or dodge. (Note that killing them may turn the nearby NCR troops hostile, so quicksave first and try to just dodge around the dogs.)
4 of 5: Fantastic didn't give you the password for this terminal, so you'll need to go get it from someone else if you can't hack it (which requires Science 75+).
