What are the effects of the various choices?
1 of 3: You can get fame points with the Followers of the Apocalypse faction plus a few items if you choose any option except the first one (which gives you NCR fame) or the last one (which doesn't get you any fame).
2 of 3: If you want Followers fame, you should choose the "ARCHIMEDES II" option to also enable the Euclid's C-Finder weapon. After you get it, you'll be able to use it outdoors once a day to cause the targeted spot to be blasted by orbital lasers.
3 of 3: Or if you don't care about using that weapon, choose the "Full Region" option to get the most Followers of the Apocalypse fame plus a Science skill book.
