1 of 3: NOTE: You probably won't get this objective unless you talked to Ignacio earlier and got him to trust you.
2 of 3: Stand and watch as the solar array is activated, then retrace your route all the way back to where you found Ignatio Rivas before. (Note that fast-traveling to the HELIOS One building and going from there is a bit faster.)
3 of 3: Tell him you diverted power to the grid to get some Followers of the Apocalypse fame, plus a few other items depending on which power distribution choice you made. (Note that if you chose the last option and overloaded the grid, you'll get some items, but no fame.)
