Help the Boomers around Nellis.
1 of 4: There are several Nellis residents whom you can help for this objective. Remember to check the local area map for quest arrows to help you find them.
2 of 4: There are five specific people you can help out, but you only have to help enough of them to get your Boomers rep up to "liked" to get the next objective.
3 of 4: If your Charisma attribute is 7+, you can talk to the various "mini boomer" children running around near the hangars to get opportunities to gain Boomers fame. (Don't offer them chems or radioactive gum, or you'll get infamy points instead.) If you have dino toys and rocket souvenirs, you can give them to the kids to get more fame than you would by using the other Charisma 7 option.
