Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Find spare array parts.
1 of 5: NOTE: If your Repair skill is 65 or higher (or you're willing to wait until it is), you don't have to do this objective.
2 of 5: Even though Loyal has no idea where to look for spare parts, the quest arrows do. Follow them to an NCR-controlled building called HELIOS One (location 9 on the Zone 4 Map).
3 of 5: Talk to Lt. Haggerty near the front door until she agrees to let you in, or sneakily pick the very easy lock on the side door that's on the east side of the building. (If you approach the front door without permission, the NCR soldiers will all turn hostile.)
4 of 5: Make your way through the building to its northern exit. Using it will get you inside the fenced-in area that all the solar reflector panels are in.
5 of 5: Use the five quest arrows on your local area map to find the five broken solar reflectors that are lying on the ground. When you find one, activate it and salvage it. (Note that this requires a Repair skill of only 20, which everyone should have.)
