Decide whether or not Lily should continue to wear the Mark II prototype ....
1 of 3: Your best option requires you to pass a Science 90 check. If you can't, even with the help of a skill magazine, you may want to wait until you can pass the check to finish the quest.
2 of 3: The other two options are to have Lily keep using the Mark II prototype without the improvement that the Science 90 check gives, and to have her stop using it. These options are pretty much equivalent.
3 of 3: NOTE: A game update allows Lily to actually use her special stealth boy to become invisible whenever you go into Sneak mode. (But only if you let her keep it, of course.)
