Post-Quest Note
1 of 3: Exit the bunker to meet up with Arcade Gannon if you had the Remnants side with the NCR instead of Caesar's Legion.
2 of 3: If you told him to fight with the Remnants at the dam, he'll be wearing the Gannon Family Tesla Armor suit, and will go inside and join the others in the command room after you talk to him.
3 of 3: If you persuaded him to stay out of the fight, he'll give you his family armor instead of keeping it.
