Ask Pearl for permission for Janet to enter Nellis.
1 of 3: Return to the Nellis Hangars area and talk to Pearl about the girl Jack is interested in.
2 of 3: Either pass a Speech 50 check or assure Pearl that Janet wouldn't be a threat.
3 of 3: NOTE: The non-Speech option will only work if your Boomers rep is "accepted" or better. If it isn't yet, work on some other parts of the "Volare!" quest until it is.
