Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Kill the hostile Nightkin.
1 of 3: Keene and his two nightkin buddies will attack you, and you'll have to kill them all by yourself.
2 of 3: Unless you dodge around them and then lead them into the main part of the lodge. Some of the super mutants there may help you kill them.
3 of 3: If you leave the lodge and they follow you out, Lily will join the fight. If they don't follow you out, go back inside to find that they're non-hostile to you (though they'll still probably be fighting the super mutants).
