Return to the Followers of the Apocalypse outpost when Dr. Schiller is there.
1 of 5: TIP: Before you do anything else, heavily mine the outpost's small bedroom.
2 of 5: Go back outside and wait a few hours (or go do stuff elsewhere), then go back in.
3 of 5: If the residents haven't been killed off yet, go back outside and repeat the waiting and going in until they have been killed.
4 of 5: If you mined the bedroom, the Brotherhood paladins who appear in it will be instantly killed, or at least severely wounded. Otherwise, move toward the bedroom to get one of them to talk to you.
5 of 5: This time, there's no way out of a fight. Either run back outside and hastily lay some mines as you retreat, or use the pulse gun (if you got it earlier) to fry paladins while Veronica pounds on them.
