How can I get this quest?
1 of 7: Travel to the Red Rock Canyon area, which is location 15 on the Zone 1 Map.
2 of 7: If you're doing this quest to ally the Great Khans with the NCR for a main quest, talk to Regis about the NCR to get this quest, then do the NCR Alliance Objectives.
3 of 7: If you're not here on the NCR's behalf, you'll need to find out about the alliance between the Great Khans and Caesar's Legion.
4 of 7: The easiest way to do that is to talk to Karl, who's in the Great Khan Longhouse.
5 of 7: Then talk to Papa Khan and ask him to break his alliance with Caesar's Legion.
6 of 7: He won't listen no matter what you say, so exit the longhouse and look for Regis. (Note that he might talk to you right after you exit.)
7 of 7: Talk to him about the alliance and all the people you need to deal with in order to break it.
