Convince Jack and Diane to speak out against Caesar.

1 of 4: Go to the Red Rock Drug Lab (location 14 on the Zone 1 Map) to find Jack and Diane.
2 of 4: You can talk to either one of them about opposing the alliance with Caesar.
3 of 4: To convince Jack, you'll have to pass a Speech 60 check.
4 of 4: If you can't do that, talk to Diane to get the "Find Diane proof that the Legion persecutes drug runners" objective.
