Fallout: New Vegas Hints

Return to Keely and let her know the spores have been purged.

  • 1 of 7: Take the elevator back up to Oxygen Recycling, then go through the "LAB" door and follow the quest arrow back to Keely.
  • 2 of 7: When you talk to her, she'll say that she wants to erase the research data that you got from the data terminal earlier.
  • 3 of 7: If you let her do that, you'll get some karma and the "Return to Camp McCarran and tell Dr. Williams that Keely is safe" objective.
  • 4 of 7: If you don't want her to do that, you'll have to either lie to her about downloading the data, or admit you downloaded it and refuse to let her erase it.
  • 5 of 7: Or if your Science skill is 70+, you can say that Hildern sent you for the data, then pass a few Science checks to get her to grudgingly let you leave with the data.
  • 6 of 7: If you lie to her about downloading the data, you'll get a bit of bad karma, but you'll get a larger amount of good karma right afterwards for some reason. Also, you'll get the above-mentioned objective without the "Return to Dr. Hildern at Camp McCarran with the research data" objective being cancelled.
  • 7 of 7: If you admit you downloaded the data and refuse to let Keely erase it, she'll attack you, and you'll have to kill her. You'll then need to take her password from her body and use her terminal to open the entrance door so you can leave the vault.
