1 of 3: Journey to the Crimson Caravan Company (location 7 on the Zone 2 Map) and enter through its main gate.
2 of 3: Enter the Crimson Caravan Main Office building to find Don Hostetler. (Note that if it's nighttime, you'll have to wait until he comes in the next day, or go find him at his home at secondary location d.)
