1 of 2: Return to Diane and tell her you finished the Crimson Caravan run to get 150 caps and some Great Khans fame.
2 of 2: After you finish the "Deliver drugs to Motor Runner" objective, you'll get this one again. Return to Diane and say you finished the Vault 13 run to get 300 caps and some Great Khans fame. If you've finished all of the other objectives, you'll also get the special Khan Trick perk.
